MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING
Most of our orders include a tracking number. In rare cases, tracking information may take a short time to update or may not be available.
If your tracking number does not work or you have not received one, please contact us at

Tracking numbers are usually sent via email within a few days after your order is placed.
Please make sure you entered the tracking code correctly (copy & paste is recommended).
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout.
The tracking number will be available shortly after dispatch.

THE TRACKING SITE SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE
Sometimes tracking services mark a package as delivered when it has arrived at your local post office, even if it has not yet reached your home.
Please wait 1–3 additional days or contact your local post office, as they may be holding the package for pickup.

All orders require a short handling time before dispatch.
